Absolutely essential to living the Metta Tantric life is regular exercise. Diet is an essential part, however to purely engage in diet as a way of becoming beautiful and practising Metta is to practice only half the path.
Nothing builds muscle tone like regular exercise. Diet will make you thin and help you get your cholesterol in the right place, but it is regular exercise that makes us healthy and beautiful.
Exercise is a personal thing. Metta Tantra has no wonder exercise that will shred fat, just like it has no wonder food that will fix your health issues...if you have them. It matters not what exercise you do, it matters that you exercise regularly .
I personally practice yoga, lite weights and like long walks. Given the chance I will use a rowing machine or a cross trainer.
Gyms are great places to meet people. Want to fuck an eagle... become one and learn to fly. Want to fuck toned hotties, hang out where they do and become one.
Become vain.
Become vain enough to want to look fantastic in good clothes. Become vain enough to want to attract the second looks. Become vain enough to want to be the best looking person in the room.
Become vain enough to never want to look anything other than your absolute best.
Become vain enough that if, like me, you have been obese....my highest was 140 kg (315 lb)....that you never want to return to looking and feeling like that.
The only way to become a toned hottie is to exercise regularly.
